So, are all the Pande tournaments on Sundays now?

If anyone in the Ann Arbor area is going, I'd be forever indebted if you gave me a ride.

Otherwise, I'm not gonna make it.  (unless it is moved to the next weekend).

No, it is basically up to whomever organizes the event. But, I am pretty sure that the word on the street was that Sunday worked for more people.

Sundays are rough for me because I have Monday classes at 9 AM. But I can't make Saturdays at all during Buckeye season. At least on Sunday it's a 50/50 chance.

If Nicolo is out, then I have a chance to win, haha. Are you taking Demars with you to Richmond?

I know you're good. You and Phil Cape are both awesome. At least half the guys at the last tournament were high caliber players, but Nicolo and Demars are the more well-known guys.

I'm "well known?" I've played legacy 5 times..

Anyways, I'd really like to be at this, but I would like more power.

I don't know about the Legacy community, but you're well-known in general I think. I hardly go into the Vintage forums and I knew who you were at GenCon. And when I was talking about the last tournament, I mentioned scooping you in and people at the shop knew who you were.

Paul is a regular at Pande and RIW, regardless of the format.

MasterShake, thank you and Kilz for taking the reins on this tourney for me.  The combo meal of Differential Equations, Statistics, and Mathimatical Proofs is kicking my ass this semester.  Combined with my wifes recent surgery, my time for MTG is minimal.

Best wishes to your wife!  Hope she has a speedy recovery!

I'm probably going to sit this one out, as that is the UMich vs OSU game.  (even though it isn't in the Big House.  Damn.)

And, for the record, fuck the Buckeyes.

In michigan, quite a few of the RIW guys are "well known". But from strickly the legacy enviorment, well it is basically Team Predict and C.H.U.M. There are a few solo guys that have been pretty successful. Anyway, your welcome Dan and I hope we get a pretty good turnout. We thought mages and trops would bring people. Btw, you local guys should really consider coming out to the weekly legacy at pande. It is on thursdays around 7. It is normally $20 store credit for first. That is pretty good IMO. Well good luck to all and see you guys there.

You're trying to stay at my house for the GP, remember? I don't appreciate blasphemy like that.  Wink

Sorry Caboose, I'm going with Rich on this one.  We both attend The University of Michigan and have too much pride to hold our tongues in order to secure a crashing spot for the GP.  So, fuck the Buckeyes.  I only hope I get to rub a home loss in your face, as we both know coming into Colombus is a little rough.  Oh how I wish this game were at the Big House.

For your sake, I hope Troy Smith has some draft smarts.  We all know what happened to Ohio States last NFL hopeful... "Maurice Clarett pleaded guilty Monday to aggravated robbery and carrying a concealed weapon and was sentenced to seven and a half years in prison."...

In all honesty, the Wolverines have got their work cut out for them on the 18th.  IF the Fuckeyes lose this one...Lucy (AKA Jim Tressel) got some splainin ta do.

I have already printed and delivered flyers to Pande and RIW.  Date changes now would really suck.  Just keep it the 19th

It's looking more and more like Roanoke won't happen for me. If not, I'll attend this tournament.

So, I'll probably see you all there.

I was thinking about going to this with my Troy Smith jersey, singing "We Don't Give a Damn For the Whole State of Michigan" the entire tourney. But I'm pretty tired from storming the field after the Buckeye victory and tearing a piece of the field to take home with me. And I'm pretty exhausted from when I posted up right next to the Gameday stage and stuck my middle finger literally a foot from Corso's face when he was leaving for the stadium. Or I might be tired from when the OSU punter gave me a broke-ass piggy back ride to the tunnel where I sang "Carmen Ohio" near Tressel, Ginn, and Smith. Damn, don't think I'll have the energy to make this one Sad
