Card first:

{5} {R} {B}
Enchantment- [still no subtype]
Whenever a permanent is put into your graveyard from play, target player sacrifices a permanent.
Whenever damage is dealt to you, Rakdos Guildhall deals that much damage to the source's controller.

I don't know whether this is actually black or red, as it feels much more white than anything. Can a black-red card be "white" when flavor justifies it? I'd say no, but then again, it might be black-reddish enough to stay unchanged.

Rakdos' Perversion
{2} {R} {B}
Enchantment- [subtype]
Whenever damage is dealt to you, you may pay that much life. If you do, Rakdos Guildhall deals that much damage to target creature or player.

or

Rakdos' Perversion
{R} {B}
Enchantment
Whenever a non-land source you control causes you to lose life, Rakdos' Perversion deals an equal amount of damage to target creature or player.

Rakdos and Justice have zero relation with each other, whether the latter is Twisted or not. It should trigger on you doing things, not your opponent.

You gave me an idea:

{2} {R} {B}
Enchantment- [still no subtype]
Whenever a source you yontrol deals damage to you, Rakdos Guildhall deals that much damage to target creature or player.

S/M-Guild to rule the planet!  :lol:

Masochism?

Ok, but then for {R} {B} . It is kinda super-specialized, though. I still love it very much, so is it okay?

This is very strong against creatures. It's a no-brainer to pay 1 or 2 life to take out weenies (or 5 life to hit a Negator  Wink ). Probably too strong for 2 mana as it really acts as a cross between No Mercy and Fire Covenant. No Mercy is probably the closest relative so this should cost at least 3 mana. Remember it gives you options, pay the life or not, hit any creature or any player., trigger off damage from your creatures/spells.

For 2 mana this is do-able but without the options - compulsory life loss, damage to the creature / controller of effect that damaged you. That probably fits Rakdos better. This would still be awesome against creatures but very painful.

You are right, I misunderstood the card. I thought "whenever a source you control deals damage", so it would trigger off something like Char, for example. This should cost 4 mana, I think. Alternatively, I could make:

{R} {B}
Rakdos' Perversion
Enchantment
Whenever a non-land source you control causes you to lose life, Rakdos' Perversion deals an equal amount of damage to target creature or player.

It would be funny with a lot of black cards like Grinning Demon and some red cards like Char.

Forget Char and Grinning Demon, think Necropotence, Spoils of the Vault, and Bargain.
