Star Wars geeks just own a bigger house than you do.

Correction: their mother owns a bigger house than I do.

Well, technically there might be a being called a "Jedi" somewhere out there you know...in a galaxy...far...far...away.

Okay, people really need to start either making new arguments or not posting. "Clever" one-liners are only cute the first time.

Well at least a couple Jedi survived order 66.

The dinosaurs....not so much.

I think dinosaurs is a pretty clear win here.

I loved DinoRiders so much. I had had a bunch of videos and toys, even the brontosaurus with the side pods that shot missles!

DinoRiders = instant win.

Nothing keeps a dinosaur from becoming a jedi, but a jedi who tries the opposite will only become fat.

If you were to ask children about dinosaurs, a large portion of them would think of the following images.  GG dinosaurs.

Ever heard 12-year olds "discuss" about Star Wars nonsense, like "OMG you n00b don't know Lord Assquatach, Mighty Sith lord of times-long-gone". I'm a nerd and even like Star Trek, but like most ners, I'm adult, so I don't publicly talk about my nerdiness. People talkling about dinosaurs is 1.) rare and 2.) at least based on something that is boring, but not very nerdy.

Why is the poll closed? I'm one sad dinosaur-supporting nerd  Sad

hogwash.  My 5 year old, as well as my nieces and nephews, talk about the dinosaurs in the above picures frequently.  This proves that toddlers ARE IN FACT PEOPLE.  And not rare.  And it's not boring to them.  Also, many of them are totally oblivious to Star Wars.

Unless we're discussing the awesomeness of dinosaurs only in the context of what the people who voted/posted in this thread think, which is bloody absurd, then we have to consider the opinion of all the masses and not just the limited sample set here.   Please, think of the children!

Didn't Episode II sort of set a precedent in regard to whether or not Jedi can take on large reptilian creatures?

But if these children think Barney is awesome (and they probably do), and they have not, as you suggest, actually heard of Star Wars, then dinosaurs win in that caption, as well!

True.

Also, this is a reptilian jedi: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Desann

And: to say "Barney" was a dinosaur is like saying Star-Wars-kid was a jedi.

Shouldn't Vader have used a Dark sabre rather than a Light sabre?

And quit the Barney bashing. No Jedi ever got my daughter to eat. Dump on BJ if you must (sooooooooo annoying) but Barney is cool. Anyone who doubts this should have to sit through a few Teletubbies videos then you'd appreciate Barney more.
