Turn one: sidewinder sliver
Turn two: Gemhide sliver, plated sliver
Turn three: Basal Sliver.  Now you can drop something awesome like an akroma, or wait for turn four and go blaze+reiterate for the win.

I want to make the deck just because it's called turbosliver, and therefore is awesome (and totally owns counter sliver in my little world).  The deck would need to be B/R/G, and have cheap tutors to grab basal and gemhide sliver fast.  There aren't enough one drops in those colors though, so we need to add white.  Fortunately, our slivers tap for all our red mana, so it's only really B/G/W  So here we go:

The combo:
4x Basal Sliver
4x Gemhide Sliver
4x Kaervek's Torch (slightly more difficult to counter than blaze)
4x Reiterate (since you can only ramp up to 20 mana on turn four with a god hand, which is really disappointing)

The one drops:
4x Metallic Sliver
4x Mindlash Sliver
4x Plated Sliver
4x Sidewinder Sliver

Tutors:
4x Worldly Tutor
4x Vampiric Tutor

Mana base:
20x Jank (dual lands, pain lands, fetch lands, whatever is easiest for me to get my hands on I guess).

So the obvious stuff: With a god hand, this goes off on turn four.  Most likely not until turn 6ish thanks to the tutor collection, but a bad hand can go really bad.  So can this goldfish faster?  And is there a good way to make this much more reliable?  The casual metagame I'd be playing against plays little to no disruption, so I wouldn't need to worry about that.

Wait, isn't Kaervek's Torch harder to Reiterate too?

As long as Kaervek’s Torch is on the stack, spells that target it cost 2 more to play.
Kaervek’s Torch deals X damage to target creature or player.

Does that matter? What makes Demonfire worse?

Alright, demonfire instead.  You raise a good point.

I've been mulling over this, because it looks odd and fun, and I've thought of a couple additions, but I don't know how well and fast they can get the deck to hum.

Patriach's Bidding/Living Death - 8 mana turn 3 turns into 11 mana, and it can open up new abuseable teritory.
Dormant Sliver - With the Living Death/Bidding, or one more turn this allows you to draw into your win.
Heart Sliver - Makes better use of Gemhide Sliver.
Dark/Cabal Ritual - Duh.
Mana Fixers - Chromatic Star?

So a Revised List

Slivers -
4x Metalic
4x Mindlash
4x Plated
2x Dormant
4x Gemhide
4x Basal
4x Heart

Combo
4x Living Death/Patriach's bidding
2x Demon Fire

Tutors
1x Vampric (aren't these restricted?)
1x Demonic
2x Diabolic (These could be a 4x if you can put in chrome or diamond moxen)

Mana

4x Dark Ritual
3x Chromatic Star (Iffy?)

Land

Does this work?

I know that this is casual,
but would it be worth adding Gaea's Cradle?

Also, Second Sunrise could be some good with Basal Sliver.
Heart Sliver seems good, too.

Isn't Greater Good only good with fatties? Perhaps Fecundity might work.

An engine that allows you to draw cards and simultaneously increases your ability to generate mana involves some combination of Skullclamp and Ashnod's Altar.  Ashnod's Altar has been good friends with Sliver decks ever since they existed.  (Ashnod's Altar is an important component to this engine because Plated Sliver makes it difficult to clamp your Slivers.)

Did you know that Red is the color or art and music and passion? Combine that with Green, the color of nature, spiritualism, and community and you get a hippie commune of drum circles, dreamcatchers, and recreational drug use. Let's see that win a Pro Tour.

Idea of Turbosliver (in casual) sounds intresting
Here is my version:

Slivers -
Harmonic 1 (Nice artifact&enchament destroyer)
Sidewinder 4
Gemhide 4
Mindlash 3
Basal 4
Heart 4
Queen 1
Overlord 1 (Tutor)
=22

Util-
Skullclamp 3
Ancestrall R 1
Vampiric T 1
Wordly tutor 3
Diabolic intent 1
Demonic T 1
Time walk 1
=11

Combo-
Channel 1  ( Very Happy )
Kaervek's torch 1
Demonfire 2
Second sunrise 3
Reiterate 3
=10

Lands-
City of Brass 4
Gemstone mine 4
Archaeological dig 2 (Fine with second sunrise)
Reflecting pool 2
=12

Art-
Moxes
Black Lotus
Lotus petal
=7
--------
=62

Bad: 1. Lands.....moxes to lands???
2. 62 cards

Good: 1. Drawing engine (Skullclamp+Second sunrise)
2. Infinite mana/slivers (Sliver queen)

Okay, any ideas how to make it better?
