I like having Lotus in the format. It leads to a lot more variety. How about we ban Thallid instead?

Thallid isn't the problem, cards like 3Sphere, Duress and Daze are because they generally beat Lotus.dec on the play. Thallid is probably the best 1-drop going, but it loses to anything 3/4 or bigger which is usually the Lotus plan of attack.

No lotus is hardly limiting. The primary format for M-L was no lotus, and even here was no lotus until about 10 rounds ago.
