Entropic Fiend
1B
Creture - Horror
Fear
Whenever Entropic Fiend deals damage, you lose that much life unless you sacrifice a creature or a land.
Pay 2 life, sacrifice a creature, sacrifice a land: Target player loses 2 life.
2/1

Here's a guy that that's a throwback to Black's suicide creature flavor, which we have not seen as much of lately. He also gives Black aggro some reach that's in flavor for it.

Errr....quite frankly this is terrible. Compare this to say Flesh Reaver.

A 2/1 for 2 mana which makes you lose life everytime it deals damage and has an incredibly overcosted ability is not really something that's good for Black Aggro.

What about if the third ability was mana-based with a choice, such as "{2} , sacrifice a creature or land: target player loses 2 life"?

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)

I think you're doing too much.  Three abilities on a 2 drop uncommon, where only two of them have any synergy?

Entropic Fiend
1B
Creture - Horror
Haste, fear
Whenever Entropic Fiend deals damage, you lose that much life unless you sacrifice a permanant.
Remove 3 cards in your graveyard from the game: Each player loses 2 life.
3/2

I think this version would be better, but still not playable. Two-sided life loss is decent at a three card cost, but seeing as the Fiend has a huge attacking drawback, it will probably to no more than 6 life loss in a game.

Please leave the original card as it was, and add in the new card in bold.  It makes it so much easier.
