Only American versions.

Foreign Bomberman just uses the mana to put itself into a REALLY GOOD position.  (Like Yawgs in CS)

The AEther Spellbomb lets you draw your whole deck after you play all your permanents, you just keep a fist full of blue cards in hand, and swing for the win!

Bah.  With all of these Bomberman decks showing results I might have to recognize it as a legitimate deck sometime soon.

Where did the Stax and Rituals go?

Stax has been disappearing from top 8's since trinishphere was restricted, last year only 13 decks from 88 top 8ing in the league where shop builds (9 of them where MUD).
 
I think rituals get owned by hate since 3 decks top 8ed in the final tournament in december.
