Alright, so Tenacious Tron looks like the most robust control deck in Extended at the moment. It can stop Boros from Burning you out with Sudden Shock/permanently shut down LftL (Chalice@2), trump aggro decks with fatter guys, has an "uncounterable" win condition in DoJ, and just wins with Gifts/Slaver.
Anyways, I'm apparently having some trouble with the Boros match, particularly, against lists with less 2 drops (no Knights/Priests) more one drops (Kird Ape and splash Stomping Ground), and Char at the top of the curve to fight through Chalice 1 and 2, as well as have an end step attack phase. Does anyone have any suggestions on play style against such a list? My MD list is essentially straight from the SCG article minus a second basic land. Should I be mulling to Chalice 1 on turn 1? Mulling to Wrath? Playing Repeal more aggressively? Holding DoJ for a win, or making blockers?

You could try trinket mages and or solemn simuraclum for added blockers, or run additonal engineered explosives.

It also depends on what is your sideboard strategy. Against general aggro decks i go
-4 Remand -1 Mindslaver -1 Sundering Titan -1 Gifts Ungiven -1 Platinum Angel
+2 Razormane Masticore +2 Engineered Explosives +2 Repeal +1 Academy Ruins +1 Serrated Arowws (Sometimes i leave a gifts in)
I do this because i know my opponent in bringing in grudges and other artifact hate, so i bring in the ruins/masticore plan to take out at least one critter before it gets grudged and i bring the extra ruins to recur it. I take out Platz because as soon as she comes into play, she usually gets grudged. Repeal is a no-brainer. Engineered Explosives doesn't have to wipe their entire board to be good. When i have 3 post-board, and 2 ruins, i can sometimes just use those as complete critter control without even needing Razormane. The serrated arrows are just to throw in so once your opponent sees them, they will not be so willing to play Kird Ape first turn without a forest in play. And with role assignment, we are the control deck in this match. Unless you get a completely broken hand with 3 tron pieces and razormane, then it's ok to go aggro. But for the most part, play lotsa EOT card drawing and try to have at least one removal spell in hand at all time (Repeal, Wrath, Doj, EE) That might mean taking a little bit of damage before you play some removal. Don't worry about condenscending critters, just DO NOT let them resolve vindicate/molten rain. That is THE top card to counter, all the critters can be dealt with with EE and repeal. But Molten Rain hurts the one thing wer want most, mana.
anywayz, my hands are tired so i hoped this helps

Alright, perhaps leaving Remand in was a mistake on my part. Also I didn't think about bring in the second Ruins. Thanks.
Additionally, has anyone done well with this at their PTQs?

Domain is much more the aggro deck du jour right now, and a bigger worry because of the turn 3 potential. Wrath of God and Razormane Masticore are obv. still good, but Serrated Arrows seems slow in that matchup. Is it still worth bringing in?

The White Drop of Honey is a must in the SB against aggro, it will really save your ass against a lot of random decks.

Yesterday I won a MWS Leage with it so a few things. I just used a version without white and green instead
Maineck I only needed 1 Sundering titan 1 Platinum Angel as creatures. I also run 2 Mindslaver as win conditions. With 4 gift 1 Ancient Ruins and life from the loam they are enought. You need EE, but white drop of honey is also a good option. Krosan Grips are good against flow rock and counterbalance decks, so you need a few on your sb. I also runned Triskelions and Razormare Masticore in my sb. Repeal has proved his slot on the main (x3). So indeed, my boros matchup with 2EE maindeck, along with 3 repeals its not so hard. You can gain tempo untill you gift for a 7/10 or Slaver them. If you every time you Gift put a moment pace over there, you should have enought time to set up the mana to win. Post Sb, is easier with chaizes, and big robots.
