Replicate and Suspend

Djinn Illuminatus and Suspend Cards. Specifically the no casting cost ones. [Hypergenesis, Wheel of Fate]

Pretty much Djinn's Text reads as...

Each instant and sorcery spell you play has replicate. The replicate cost is equal to its mana cost. (When you play it, copy it for each time you paid its replicate cost. You may choose new targets for the copies.)

Can I replicate the Suspend cards? If yes, and are their CMC? or more importantly their Replicate Cost?

From the rulings in the Gatherer information on Hypergenesis:

10/15/2006 This has no mana cost, which means it can't be played with the Replicate ability of Djinn Illuminatus or by somehow giving it Flashback.

We don't mind people asking questions, but please do a little research first. At the very least, a trip to Gatherer and SCG Ask the Judge isn't an onerous task.

On a semi related note, you can't replicate Ancestral Visions or Wheel of Fate, but you could, for instance, replicate all the rift bolts you wanted for an extra 2R each (or Heroes Remembered, for that matter).
