Its Game three in a tight vintage match.

You are Ray Robillard(God help you).  You are playing Staxless Stax versus Gifts.

The game seemed to be in your hand with an early In The Eye Of Chaos and Choke on the board.  You tinker up a Sundering Titan to attack with your Gorilla Shaman and start beating, but you opponent plays untapped land #2 and a mox and Tinker's in Darksteel Colossus.

In Play:
HIM
6 Tapped Lands
1 Darksteel Colossus

YOU
Mox Pearl
Sol Ring
City of Brass x2
Barbarian Ring
Crucible of Worlds
Sundering Titan
Gorilla Shaman

HIS GRAVEYARD:
Land
Brainstorm x 2
Force of Will
Mox Sapphire
Tinker

YOUR GRAVEYARD:
Black Lotus
Mox Jet
Tinker

HIS HAND: 5 cards(Possibly Force of Will

YOUR HAND: Nothing

HIS LIFE: 9
YOUR LIFE: 12

You draw...Look at EON HUB...pass the turn.

He goes...attacks you to 1...passes.

Your turn.  You draw a card, look at it and begin to get dissapointed. "This card doesn't deal damage and isn't Tangle Wire," you think.  Then it hits you.  You proceed to win this turn.

What is the card and how do you do it?

For reference(my list):
4 Goblin Welder
4 Chalice of the Void
4 Tangle Wire
4 City of Brass
4 Wasteland
4 Mishra's Workshop
3 Crucible of the World
2 Darksteel Ingot
2 Gorilla Shaman
2 Gemstone Mine
1 Mox Jet
1 Mox Emerald
1 Mox Ruby
1 Mox Pearl
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Black Lotus
1 Mana Crypt
1 Mana Vault
1 Sol Ring
1 Sundering Titan
1 Karn Silver Golem
1 Triskellion
1 Platinum Angel
1 Demonic Tutor
1 Crop Rotation
1 Vampiric Tutor
1 Tinker
1 Time Walk
1 Bazaar of Baghdad
1 Tolarian Academy
1 Sensei's Divining Top
1 Balance
1 Strip Mine
1 Barbarian Ring
1 Trinisphere
1 Memory Jar
1 Ancestral Recall

Sideboard
1 Triskellion
2 Tormod's Crypt
2 Choke

1. You drew bazaar of baghdad.

ATTACK!!!!!!!
bazaar your graveyard to 6 cards;
use shaman to eat your pearl;
aim barb ring at his dome while laughing at his hand of 2 fow, ancestral, time walk, yawgmoth's will.

EDIT: the puzzle needed more restrictions. Have the opponent be at 10 would have worked better because the attack phase with shaman and titan negates the usefullness of fow from his side (if he were at 9) which makes demonic tutor/karn/crop rotation an out. Having one mana less would negate the strip mine option. Having one less card in hand would negate the bazaar option but allow the strip mine play assuming the pearl is still in play.

It's Bazaar of Baghdad.

You just mill yourself for 3, attack for 8, Shaman away your Mox, then kill him with Barbarian Ring with the City of Brass damage on the stack.

edit: whoops, beaten to it.

Yeah.  For some reason I thought Bazaar, then looked past it, looked over the entire SB, and then saw Bazaar again.  V. interesting.  I was looking for tutor chains to fill the GY, or perhaps recounting mana sources to cast Jar and do it.

Jacob spoiled my answer.l

I would have been the first to post, but you changed the problem.  Initially you had Mox Emerald in hand, so I was going to CRAP ROTATE for Bazaar for the same result.

The card is Strip Mine. (or Wasteland) First you attack with everything (Sundering Titan and Gorilla Shaman).  Your opponent is now at one.  You need to get Threshold so you can activate Barbarian Ring and throw it at his head.  This is what you need to do:

1) Tap the Mox Pearl and use the W mana to blow it up with Gorilla Shaman
2) Play Strip Mine
3) Float one mana from a City of Brass.  You now have one damage to you on the stack.
4) On top of that damage to you that's on the stack, use Strip Mine to destroy the City of Brass.  Also use Gorilla Shaman's ability to destroy the Sol Ring by tapping it and using the mana from City of Brass.
5) Your graveyard is now 2 City of brass, Pearl, Sol, 3 other cards - you have threshold.  The one damage from CoB is still on the stack.
6) Now tap the second city of brass for R - you now have 2 damage to you on the stack.  in response to those resolving throw Barbarian Ring at your opponent.  They are dead.

EDIT: I see I got a different solution.  I may have made a mistake with regard to how the City of Brass triggers work.

No, that one works too.

Actually, since Crop Rotation is an instant, it also solves the problem of getting threshold--you can use it to fetch any of Strip/Waste/Bazaar with City damage still on the stack.

Yes...I forgot about the Bazaar Situtation

It was actually wasteland.

Follow Infinity Circuits solution and you got it.

This could have been more complex, but it was a realy story, not a made up one.
