My opponent has a Leyline in play and I cast Predict (after manipulating my library so I know what to name). Predict states that the card is placed into my graveyard but Leyline's replacement effect will RFG it. Will I still draw two cards from predict?

Yes. Predict just says "if that card is the named card". It doesn't care where the card goes.

Please include the Oracle text of cards when you ask questions here.

How about choosing a non-legend creature? Otherwise he is a UG instant Wrath of Frog.
