Dumb Question: Do Planar Chaos packs come with 2 rares?

I just opened my first ever pack of Planar Chaos and it had 2 rares. Is that normal? Or should I go back to the store I bought it at and buy the rest of their packs (about 3 left) in hopes of getting another 2-rare pack?

Contents of a Planar Chaos pack:
1 Rare
3 Uncommons
7 Commons
3 Planeshifted Commons
1 Planeshifted Special Card
(It may be -1 Uncommon, +1 Common)
There is a 2/3 chance the Planeshifted Special Card will be an Uncommon, and 1/3 it will be rare.

Also, now foils replace a common instead of a card at the same rarity, which means you can have a pack with 3 rares: Normal, Planeshifted and Foil.
