Worships at the Altar of Tourach

Hey folks, so I drafted 10th Edition yesterday and I ended up with a pretty solid base of U/R cards, but I just couldn't make the last cut to 40 (I played 41 and was iffy about it). I raredrafted a Battlefield Forge and a Troll Ascetic, meaning I had to miss out on a Sift and some other mediocre (but playable!) blue card, or the situation would've been worse Razz. Here's the pool of relevant cards:

1 Merfolk Looter
1 Sage Owl
1 Flamewave Invoker
1 Bogardan Firefiend
1 Wall of Air
2 Snapping Drake
1 Thieving Magpie
1 Furnace Whelp (foily!)
2 Thundering Giant
2 Sea Monster

2 Unsummon
2 Shock
1 Spitting Earth
1 Persuasion
2 Uncontrollable Anger
1 Dehydration
1 Boomerang
1 Counsel of the Soratami
1 Flowstone Slide

25 cards I want to play, 23 slots. I basically just ended up cutting one Uncontrollable Anger and running with 41 cards - 24 spells, 9 Island, 8 Mountain.

I know Uncontrollable Anger looks like the easy cut here, but it was really good for me almost every time I drew it - it lets me punch through spiders, have a somewhat unexpected (and large, and permanent) combat trick to kill a key blocker, and so forth. I wanted the second one really badly but didn't want to go to 42. The one in my deck won me quite a few games attached to a Snapping Drake. Another card I wanted to cut was Dehydration, but I desperately needed an answer to the billions of wurms I saw going by.

So...what would you do?!

(by the way, I 3-0d)

I know you <3 Sea Monster, but I honestly couldn't see running more than one because it amounts to just a really big wall usually. I mean you can always board the 2nd one in against blue decks, but otherwise it's like you've only got 13 creatures anyway, three of which amount to walls. Cutting a single huge wall seems like the easiest cut. I'd keep Anger even with the limited number of creatures, because a 5/4 flyer is infinitely harder to beat in 10e than a x/lower than 4 flying guy.

If I had to cut a removal spell, it would be 1 Shock or the Dehydration. The reason I say Shock is because it's just not outright amazing in a deck like this where the other guy is going to get his big men out. Like against half the decks in our draft pod the 2nd Shock is great, against a deck like I had and one of the other guys it helps you get a 1 for 2 or burn an Elf.

This is one of the few decks I'd feel comfortable running 41 with though, just because the quality of cards is so high on the whole and how much removal you have. You and me basically drafted the best decks by far and I figured you'd 3-0 once you got by me (we still played like complete donkeys games 2/3 though).

Yeah a sea monster seems to be the right cut though I could see removing the dehydration, it seems you just have HUGE walls that hold the ground pretty well, so dehydration might be best left in the sideboard? though I wouldn't be sold on 3 bounce effects maindeck with very little creatures to actually play with.

The cut's actually 1 Uncontrollable Anger and the second Sea Monster.  I was going to say Counsel of the Soratami even though it's your only card draw because it's not the most useful play until very late, but with so few creatures Anger's not that amazing and you don't want to flood out on expensive drops, killing the Sea Monster.
