Here is my list.
I have 2 simple ways to win, just Atog and ETW, I think these are the 2 most simple and cheapest, though not a really fast kill. I think the deck's biggest strength is its incredible flexibility from just dropping a creature to play the "uncounterable" ETW after 3-4 spells. The Drains are huge imo so I play 4.
Especially regard the SB with the 3 Predators, I think they are the best way to get the game running vs Stax, combined with the Grudges.
I took out the library because i think that it happens too often that you get the library while you want to play business spells. So i put in Tolarian Academy for testing.
1 Thoughtseizes to improve the Aggro matchup a little bit. I left out Fire/Ice main.

What do you think are the weaknesses?

4 mox
1 black lotus
1 Mana Crypt
1 Lotus Petal
1 Sol Ring
4 polluted delta
3 flooded strand
1 tropical island
2 volcanic island
2 underground sea
2 island
1 tolarian academy

4 gush
4 merchant scroll

4 force of will
4 mana drain
4 brainstorm
3 duress
1 thoughtseize
1 misdirection

1 ancestral recall
1 vampiric tutor
1 demonic tutor
1 yawgmoths will
1 mystical tutor
1 fastbond
1 regrowth
1 gifts ungiven

1 empty the warrens
1 psychatog

1 echoing truth
1 time walk

Sideboard

1 pyroclasm
4 leyline of the void
2 ancient grudge
1 hurkylls recall
1 red elemental blast
1 Fire/Ice
3 trygon predator
2 smother

For stax I'd rather have heretic over predator in board, I've found the casting cost easier to deal with.

Also, I'm not to sure about tog as a secondary win condition. With goyf and naughts running around, there are a lot of things to simply block you 3 cc non flying/non trample creature. Your running a fairly large amount of artifacts compaired to previous list, you can definitely support tinker/win condition. If flexibility is your thing, running 4x drain melokus is definitely an easily castable win condition that functions just fine with out fastbond, avoids strip lock, and can function as a color fixer.

I'd strongly consider main deck fire ice for any meta with bob in it.

Yes, maybe Tog is too slow. Fire-Ice as removal for Confidant shows the weaknesses of this deck imo. It gets kicked in the a** by so many decks that i consider it not being able to be a real top deck (don't feel offended, maybe it has made some higher rankings, but:) when you consider lots of Confidant running around which outdraw you, Stax with its Spheres, Leyline, Null Rod, Chalice, lots of creatures you can't stop effectively and the additional thoughtseizes taking out your good cards.

I tested this deck for a while and must say that nearly in each match i had to side in around 10 cards. This deck is really nice in a combo or control meta, but against disruption and creatures it can't even take a deep breathe against these...

My point isn't only that tog is to slow, its also a poor meta game call offering no real advantage against the other decks out there. Confidant its self is easily dealt with, between the heavy control suit and 4x scroll  with fire ice. I've had games when warrens storm count 0 has done players in due to bob flips. Empty gifts is a very skill in tensive deck, I think its just a good idea to keep all the resources on hand to make the optimal plays. True stax has a good game against the gush engine, but cards like leyline, chalice, and null rod aren't very detrimental to your game plan. the 2ball plus waste effect can be what does you in. Creatures are not a threat to your game plan because of empty the warrens and meloku(for most builds) most of your game plan/win conditions involve access to lots of easy  chump blockers. I think the deck is very good in any non shop meta. but in the event that you meat it in top 8, there are definate plans of action you can take with a good sb.

Well put, I couldn't agree more.
