After missing SCG Chicago, I will be doing everything in my power to be there for this. Stasch this is a really good idea with such a great location, it's not easy to set up a year long thing like that. I hope everyone realizes what kind of awesomeness they will be missing if don't participate!!!!

we drove for an hour from stlouis but the roads were so bad we were averaging 45-50mph. we concluded we had no reason to expect conditions to improve, due to ongoing snow, and calculated at that rate we'd be over an hour late to the tourney. so we turned back. disappointment all around.

Although there was not a huge turnout (20 I believe) the tournament was really fun and the prizes were great.
The top 8 look something like this

James King (ICBM) - Oath
Jeremy Seroogy (ICBM) - Empty Gush
A.J Sacher - TKDeezNaughts
James (GBAR) - U/B PlatzPact
John Donavan (GWS) - Dawn of the Dead
Ryhno Spindler (GWS) - Slaver
Mike Solymossy (GWS) - U/W Control
Ben Roberts (GWS) - TKDeezNaughts

Ryhno vs. Jeremy, Ryhno wins
Soly vs. A.J., A.J. wins
James vs. Ben, Ben wins
John vs. James, James wins

A.J. vs Ryhno, A.J. wins
Ben vs. James, Ben wins

A.J. and Ben split in the finals

vroman it's best you didn't come because of the weather. I'm pretty sure you would have taken 57 up and well the conditions coming back were god awe full. I almost ended up in the ditch three or four times. Also not that it's a huge deal but its James not jimmy from team GBAR.

Wished I could have gone.  Had a comprehensive biochem exam that covered 500 pages of notes today.  Hopefully GU will have a tournament on like Dec 30th or something I can make.

I was driving the car that vroman was in. Its unfortunate that the weather prevented us from making it to this tournament. Hopefully I will be able to make the next one.

On the bright side Dawn of the Dead made T8!!!!

I was in the car Isaac85 was driving, and I would have to say that you are fortunate not going. The whether was beyond bad. The car ride home for us was 5+ hours. I can only imagine how long it would have taken you guys.

Fantastic tournament by the way. I really enjoyed it, and was happy to place 3rd/4th.
