4      Smallpox(hits every resource)
4      Duress(good discard, cant afford cashseize)
4      Hymn to Tourach( 2 for 2)

4      Slaughter Pact(very useful when tapped out and facing a goyf or something)

Basically, what this deck tries to do is set up early game discard.  After the opponent has little if any discard in hand, I start dropping racks to slowly kill them off with.  I am trying to find a replacement for Oona's Prowler seeing as I don't want to spend so much on her(and i think there may be better creatures out there)  The deck has overall good matchups vs. control, combo.  and about 50/50 vs. aggro.

what does everyone think i should do???

You could replace Oona's Prowler with Headhunter or Hypnotic Specter.  You could also just look at efficient killers like Dauthi Slayer.  My experience with this sort of deck is that you frequently get your opponent into topdeck mode and then all of your discard will sit in hand.  Having creatures and spells that pursue your victory in other ways can help.  You could, for example, substitute Funeral Charm for some of your other discard spells.  It doesn't have the same raw power, but it is an instant, so you can force somebody to discard a card that they've just drawn (unless it is also an instant) and it has other abilities that mean that it may have play even when your opponent's hand is already empty.

Im thinking about adding dark ritual and hypnotic specter, but i dont know what else to drop besides Prowler... suggestions?

maybe stupor and a swamp???
