First of all, I would like to thank you for your help and this forum.
I like to play vintage, but I havenīt got the pack, so my deck is not competitive in vintage,  but I like to play not in great competitions.
Iīm going to list, cards I think It would be good for my deck. If I post in a wrong place, sorry for disturbs.
Here we go:

Lands:

8 Swamps

4 seekers (of lands)

4 Watery Grave

4 Underground

ŋLake of the Dead? (Did you play with this card? Itīs not bad...i should play with 2 Lakes)

 Mystic tutor

 Demonic Tutor

 Vampiric Tutor

 duress

 Thoughtseize

 Pithing Needle

 Sol Ring

 Entomb

 Gifts

 Rites of Refusal

 Careful Study

 Buried Alive

 Cunning Wish

 Living Death

 Exhumar

 Reanimate

Yawgmothīs will

Dark Ritual

Chalice of the Void (vs Tormodīs crypt)

To Animate:

Akroma, angel of wrath
Nishoba
Tidespout Tyrant
Simic Sky Swallower
Reya Dawnbringer

Sideboard:
3 Stifle
3 Trickbind
Lim-Dûl's Vault
Blazing Archon (vs goblins, stompies...)
Platinum Angel
Rakdos the Defiler (very funny if I get to reanimate in firsts turns)
Woodripper (very funny vs Stacks if I get to reanimate it)
Angel of Despair
Mindleech mas

I think I donīt forget nothing.

Do you think I should buy Force of Will and/or Mana Drain?
Is ther any reanimator deck competitive?
Which changes would you make?
How many cards and which of the list did you put in the deck or leave in home?

Thank you for your time and Merry Christmas!!

FoW and other counters would definitely help but since you don't play powered and the only good counters besides FoW would be Mana Drain (double blue --> doesn't fit in your deck's style) and Mana Leak (not good since you only can counter turn 2 because you don't play moxen) I tend to suggest staying with the Duresses/Thoughtseizes. This deck dies to Leyline of the Void and Planar Void, so add Chain of Vapor/Echoing Truth.

If you want to stay "budget" you might try a full-black version of the deck.
I used to play a mono-black one back in the days and it worked kinda fine even in some tournaments (no proxy ones).
I'll post a list later or tomorrow with what I'd play if I was you!
If, on the other hand, you want to be fully competitive you should go for a UB version because counters and defense (Misdi, Stifle) cannot miss in any combo deck.

ok, here I am! Since you didn't tell me if you'd like more a UB version or a mono-B one, I'll just try to list what I'd play in a non-competitive meta.

° LANDS (17)
11-12x Swamp
4-5x fetch
1x Strip Mine

° CREATURES (8)
4x Squee, Goblin Nabob
1x Akroma, Angel of Wrath
1x Iridescent Angel
2x whatever you like (but better if they are creatures with protection)

° SPELLS (35)
4x Hymn to Tourach
4x Duress
2x Cabal Therapy
2x Thoughtseize

4x Reanimate
3x Exhume

4x Zombie Infestation
3x Buried Alive
1x Entomb

1x Demonic Tutor
1x Vampiric Tutor

4x Dark Ritual
1x Lotus Petal

1x Yawgmoth's Will

I think it's kinda easy to understand this deck, but if you got any question feel free to ask! This is very similar to what I used to play, with a nice sideboard it can do well even in a harder meta.

I think you might find some space to add some Diabolic Edicts or Chainer's Edict (note that the first one is an istant!).
I can't recall it, but I think I used to play a couple of them!

are these lists sapose to be unpowered? cuz if the turny is 10 proxy why not include the jet and lotus also i think you could be safe running the two angles plus one beefy creature to keep it sixty also i think nights whisper and maybe even skelatal scrying could be nice includes with some testing i love mono B so ill build and test nice list though.

First of all, thank you to all of you. I know that without the pack (ancestrall, time walk and the mono artifacts (black lotus, mox shapphire and mox jet)) I think that is not a competitive deck, and itīs less competitive with gush decks, stax or oath decks, but I would like to play with a different deck.

The reason of the Pithing Needle is to avoid Tormodīs Crypt
The reason of the Chalice of the Void is to avoid Cards with 0 mana costs (like moxes, lotus, etc..)
I think that mono black, with discard cards like Duress and Thoughtsize and hym, It could be really works, but with more control, playing with fows, drain, duress It could really works too, and when I start to build the deck, I have so many cards so good for this deck:
  Diabolic Edict (http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDetails.aspx?&id=27251),
 Extirpate (http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDetails.aspx?&id=126804)
 Contagion (http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDetails.aspx?&id=3069)
Skeletal Scrying is a nice card too but in a deck I must discard cards, and not remove from graveyard, I think It works better in a Suicide Deck..
Cunning Wish (http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDetails.aspx?&id=34400) to look for this instant and others...

I will try with some of your posted decks, but I would like to play instead b
uried alive, with Standstill and Rites of Refusal.

Against Goblins, instead of Verdant Force (or to help it) I like  Blazing Archon too (http://ww2.wizards.com/gatherer/CardDetails.aspx?&id=83754).

If I get something, not in a professional championship, I will make you know if you are interested.

Thank you for your time and help and sorry for my later reply. Merry Christmas to everyone!!!
