I think Kowal's only been to one or two events in the past year.  I thought Wiccan's only supported Goddesses and Witches and female super-beings.  Isn't that why it's called the Lesbian Religion? hehe

I'll start talking some crap.

I promise I will have fewer loses on the day then all but at most one person.

Top that!

I predict that I will go undefeated in games throughout both the swiss and the cut. I also predict that you'll lose your left shoe. In this way, I'll actually have less losses than you.

I predict hatcher will play a deck with Brainstorm as his only "draw engine" and unfathomably make Top 8, only to be crushed by me and/or Carpenter.

Wow, this is a huge dilemma for me. The PTQ is cheaper on the budget and I have little to no cards for Vintage. Real tough decision for me at least, and I would imagine other players as well.

I predict that anyone going to a PTQ instead of this is a sucker.
I further predict that a GGs member will take home the win ... *again* (probably T00L this time, he's due)
I further predict that team GGs will dominate TMD Open Trivia... *again* (even with dead weight like Gagioch on our team)
I further predict that post tournament hotel shenanigans will be legendary... *again* (I only hope I will be able to remember them this time)
I further predict that team ICBM will play something absolutely awful, but a few of them will do pretty well with it... *again* (but who will it be?)
I further predict that WhateverWorks will show up late and hold everyone up... *again* (and probably ask me to borrow cards)
I further predict that SonataOfTheCathedral will play an extended deck and destroy people... *again* (and definitely ask me to borrow cards)
I further predict that Kowal will neglect to pay me back for my Mox Sapphire... *again* (though he will probably give me a token amount)
I further predict that the TMD OPEN IS THE BEST TOURNAMENT EVER... AGAIN!

Is there still free entry fee for furthest traveled? Brass Man's on his way to this piece!

I'm most definitely going to pull my weight in the GGs waterbury 3peat i'll likely be there firmly attached to brassman with a CVD and a Nefarias fellow. We may also be traveling from The Future.

P.S. Feinstein is choosing to PTQ because he's a scrub/afraid of GGs/afraid of wild parties/a cave man etc etc needle needle

The answer to that question is we won't need to mug and manhandle anyone cause we'll all be having a good time. No buzz kills this waterbury bash!

Just wondering what hotel everyone plans on staying at.  I'm last minute and still havent booked a room yet.  If anyone has any extra room I could definitely pitch in towards the room and bring an air matress or something.  TMD Open 12 will be epic.  Tuttle, if you read this, you better bring a playstation and that jank-ass playstation 1 game you were telling me about  Very Happy

You maybe right about the draw engine but you 2 making top 8 is a strech, Come on lets be honest with our selves. I dont play magic anymore I come out and support Ray, waterbury, and STILL beat people that havent stopped playing? I mean come on think about it I dont own cards dont look at cards and still win?? Must be something that I know that you dont. Oh Yeah HOW TO PLAY! And IF i dont make top 16 orTop 8 I promise Ill still leave and Know that I play better then some of you that never quit!

Unfortunately this will be the 1st TMD open that ICBM will be missing.  Hopefully a nice majority of us will be making the next one.

Hatcher you sure are talking a lot of smack for someone who doesn't play anymore.  Maybe you do have something that they don't but it mostly isn't the knowledge to play the game...i think you are just luckier than most.  I've been rather unlucky lately, but i guess this is my chance to finally do something at rays tournies...so ill scrub out after round 4, so i can't play in the free side event...obv...
