Because they did this on Mothers Day (and while I'll be at the go date for a project for work I've been on) and I'm bitter that there's three layers of me not making it (my mother, but meh. My wife, which is begging for a divorce, and work).

Sad

Just kidding: stickied!

Good luck to those who aren't married with kids!

Thanks to Pete for setting up another amazing event.   I've booked a flight - so I'll be there.  I can't wait to see everyone, and hopefully we'll get some Vintage on the Magic show.

I'm hoping that this tournament is as much fun as I hope it will be.

Just a reminder that preregistration for this closes tomorrow at 9:00 AM. People who preregister do not need to wait in line with everyone else. Save yourself some time by preregistering today!

No trashtalking?  What have TMDers fallen to?  At least get your T8 predictions in, folks.

(And despite T8ing the last one of these, I will be rocking the zebra stripes and will not be eligible to win your Moxen.)

A car with myself and two other hip gunslingers from Colorado are leaving in the morning, but we won't be winning Moxen. Just Black Loti and some cold hard cash.

A probable quick stop in Chicago for one more, and we'll see everyone Friday.

Trashtalking is outdated.  The real deal was reverse trashtalking, coined by Marc Perez.

Speaking of Marc Perez, did you know Marc Perez invented basketball in 1776 quite accidentally while taunting British soldiers?

Steve Menendian once beat the entire Temple University Track and Field team to the point of submission, hitched them to a sleigh, and forced them to pull it through the frozen midwest singing Jingle Bells over and over again!

T00l was once a hero in the pornography industry, hence his monicker.  This was an update from his former name, Stefan Ellsgirth.

He once starred alongside fellow pornography actor Jacob Morelove, renowned for his ability to be in the middle of a sex scene over the course of several movies.  His female co-stars were frequently referred to as "Jacob Sorelove" during production.

Everyone knows Zherbus invented The Mana Drain, but did you know he's responsible for Mana Drain itself?  Over the source of several months his brilliant subliminal messages encouraged Richard Garfield to print it, ensuring the dominance of Keeper for years.

Rich Shay actually conquered most of Europe and Asia, launching his operations from various museums across both continents.  He credits his incredible success to consuming an absurd amount of priceless artifacts, boosting his physical traits exponentially.

Andy Probasco was the first man on the moon.  As most of you know he's not native to this Earth, but what most haven't realized is that he got here by clinging to the side of the return vessel from the moon landing in 1969.  Later his claim to fame would be inventing Rockstar Energy Drink, the success of which is a total mystery given that his idea of rocking out is a Bright Eyes album and gin.  To be fair, Bright Eyes is composed entirely of BrassMan and a number of pieces of twine cut to different lengths.  The only shortcoming of the group was an inadequate player of The Duck.
