Quick Question

Do changelings count as snow cards?

AKA would a changeling help fuel a skred or be drawn with a scrying sheets?

No.

Snow is a supertype, not a creature type.  Therefore, while changeling cards get all the creature types, they do not get any extra supertypes.  They are not Snow, nor Shrines, nor Legendary (unless otherwise specified), nor any other supertype.
