Registration will begin at 11:00 AM, decklists are due promptly at 11:30 AM.

Fifteen (15) proxies are free with entry. ELD's Power Proxies do not count against this 15 proxy limit. ELD Power Proxies include the following 12 custom proxies issued at ELD events (Black Lotus, Mox Ruby, Mox Pearl, Mox Jet, Mox Emerald, Mox Sapphire, Ancestral Recall, Time Walk, Timetwister, Bazaar of Baghdad, Mishra's Workshop, and Imperial Seal. Other ELD custom proxies count as normal proxies.

PRIZES

Myriad Games will be streamlining our Vintage prize structure beginning with this event.

We will continue to give away 100+% of the entries in prizes. About 90% of the prizes will go to the Top 8. The remaining 10% will go to community support prizes including Liar's Dice, Myriad Games Mana Cookies, Preregistration Prize, Carpool Prize, and other assorted door prizes.

As with all our events, prizes scale up with attendance, so the more the merrier!

Here are some examples of the new prize breakdown.

20 Players - Top 8 Total ~ $450 Myriad Money
30 Players - Top 8 Total ~ $675 Myriad Money
40 Players - Top 8 Total ~ $900 Myriad Money

Every player who would like one will receive a complimentary world-famous Myriad Games Mana Cookie. Scrumptious!

Carpool Prize!
In addition to the economic, social, and environmental benefits of sharing a ride to our fine Vintage events, all players who attend that come to the event via a carpool will be entered in a bonus drawing for an ELD proxy! So make plans with your friends now to get a car together for this event. You'll save money on gas and have a chance to win as well!

New Player Bonus Booster Packs!
Every new player will receive a Free Booster Pack!

Preregistration Prize!
All players who preregister will be entered in a drawing for a Bonus Preregistration Prize for an ELD proxy.

Myriad Games Magical Mementos!
Any player who would like one will receive a complimentary card from our Magical Mementos binder.

To help registration and reporting run more smoothly, please print out your deck registration sheet ahead of time and bring them to the event. We recommend that you type out your deck list using software such as Apprentice, Magic Workstation, or simply your word processing program of choice. Or you can click here to download the Deck Registration Sheet and fill it in on your computer or by hand.

This prize support is an excellent improvement!  Heavier prizes for the Top 8 is much more appealing, especially for those of us who travel to play.  I also think it's important that Myriad will continue to put prizes towards building the community via door prizes and free side events.  Myriad has been a key factor in growing the community over the years, and this new structure looks to be the best of both worlds.  It gives a huge pay out to those who do well in the events, while it encourages new players with bonus prizes and side events to make sure they have fun even if they scrub out.  I think the new prize structure will be exactly the thing to keep current players coming back, while continuing to bring in new players.  I look forward to seeing everyone on Sunday!

way to ramp up the prize structure dan. there was a time where there was no motivation to top 8 i think more and more people are going to come to these now and this will certainly ramp up the strengh of new england vintage! im there

The Custom Library of Alexandria Proxies are complete.  I'm really psyched about the new prize structure, and I hope everyone comes out to support the Vintage events this weekend.  It's up to the players if tournaments succeed, and the only way to keep New England the Vintage Capitol of the World is to keep growing our community.  No one has done that better than Myriad over years, and I look forward to continuing to support their events.

20+ people turnout, over 400$ in prizes. Not a bad showing sofar as skilled players were concerned. Rich Shay with Grim Long beat Jeff Carpenter with his Shop-Combo deck.

Look forward to reading reports and seeing lists posted. all in all a great time.
