Lots of people proxy and make the finals. Jimmy McCarthy, Tommy Kolowith, hell even Gunslinga uses proxies a ton. |

I own zero pieces of power or drains/shops/grims/bazaars or any of that junk. Hell, a few weeks ago I had proxied Thirsts in the deck because I only owned 1. Nothing wrong with proxying, thats what its there for.

Soly i wasnt talking about the normal like power and maybe a few cards they dont have. I am talking about the better part of a full deck. between main and side i had 45 for god sakes lol. I also know i think it was more luck for me doing that but hey u will see me there and well lets say this idk about my deck yet but it might change lol

I have to agree with magicbmx here. I would be flabbergasted to see a heavily proxied deck make finals at a Vintage tourney. Proxies just don't play as well as the real cards. It also goes for holo foil cards. They play better than regular real cards.
I believe the performance breakdown goes as like this.
Proxy < Real Card < Holo-Foil < Holo-Foil Foreign < Beta/Alpha < Holo-Foil Japanese.
Basically, if you have an all Holo Foil Japanese deck you're pretty much guaranteed to beat an all proxy deck.
It's just the way Magic is.

Fixed that for you. I'll look into this. It's a bit of a drive, but I missed out on the festivities last week so I'm itching to play Magic again. |

well atleast twaun got what i was getting at. I mean if u were there u saw me laughing and even at times not believing i was even in top 4 but hey who knows this month. I will say this there is a very small chance i might not play aggro shop but idk just not liking my other test deck but meh lol
