3 Null Rod
3 Stifle
3 STP

1 Time Walk
Mana:
1 Sapphire
1 Pearl
1 Black Lotus
4 Flooded Strand
4 Tundra
4 Wasteland

I think you should trade in the Isamarus and Lions for creatures which provide more disruption.  If you want to stick to one mana for the slots, how about Cursecatcher..or you could just add more Canonists/Grunts?

How about Pithing Needles SB to deal with Painter and Tezz?

Cursecatcher is better than Daze.

3 Echoings is too much.  Add at least 1 Merchant Scroll.  I would also add a Wipe Away.  I've liked it a lot really.  Against pure blue decks where they can't discard it (because they don't have discard) and they can't counter it due to Split-Second it's been dominant.

SB Threads of Disloyalty is great against aggro.  I would run it over Jitte.  (Jitte is just one of those cards I've never liked).

If you diversity your Ichorid hate with some Needles that will help you against Grindstone/Vault.

Do you really have that bad a match-up against Oath?  With 3 Swords, 3 Echoings, FoW, Mage, Stifle, Daze it seems like it shouldn't be that bad.  If you want to be cute, you can run Martyred Rusalka.  I can't think of anything else other than Maybe adding a Wipe Away or Waterfront Bouncer.

You should up the canonist and null rod to 4. When facing oath, you want to get out canonist above all, and then wait for them for drop and oath and counter. Dont worry about anything else but the oath. Also Etruth is very nice in the match up, after they play an oath you can just bounce it before the end of their turn. You might want to add in a mystical tutor aswell, and maybe cut the jitties out of the SB for something else.

For some other ideas, check out my UWG build here http://www.themanadrain.com/index.php?topic=36926.0 I have two deck lists posted there.

I was planning on useing Sower of Temptation or Control Magic in the board, what do you think of that as an idea?

I feel Sower is a bit greedy.  It opens you up to giving them their creature back with a single creature removal spells.  To me, the additional 2 attack isn't worth its increased vulnerability.

What do you anticipate you will need to control magic that you just can't use Threads on?  It's really just DSC and Shop creatures.  And DSC you can just bounce.  Shop creatures, it's probably better to address through your anti-artifact stuff (whatever that may be).  Threads will be better because it's faster again generic aggro.  I guess if you see a lot of Negators in your meta.
