Planeshackle Orb
{1} {B} {R}
Creature - Elemental Egg
{BR}: Move a Loyalty counter onto Planeshackle orb.
If Planeshackle Orb has a loyalty counter on it, it gets +3/+1 and shadow. When Mosquito Cocoon has 3 loyalty counters on it,
If Planeshackle Orb has three loyalty counters on it, sacrifice it.

"Planeshackle Orbs were created from tectonic pressures that merged the shards of Alara."

Something of a mix between spike feeder and rukh egg. I wanted to create a card that directly combats planeswalkers. What are your thoughts?

Seems like an unnecessarily narrow card.  Planeswalkers can be dealt with by anything that says "target permanent" or damaging an opponent.  So I don't there is the need for a super-narrow card to deal with them.

Why not just let it target any counter?

In the alternative, if you are going to make it that narrow, I would suggest making a stronger counter.  I wouldn't agree with that for thematic reasons (just because why should a creature be stronger than a Planeswalker?), but if your task is to directly combat Planeswalkers I'd want it to be stronger.

Maybe make it a Planeswalker that kills Planeswalkers?

Is the idea that you can move Loyalty counters from other permanents onto this?  I think not only is it too weak (rather just attack them I think) but it's not really policy to make specific anti-planeswalker cards.

Or do something like:

Fatebleeder {1} {R} {B}
Creature - Elemental Leech
{B} {R} {T}: Deal 1 damage to target [creaure or?] player.  If that damage is delt to a planeswalker, put two +1/+1 counters on Fatebleeder and untap Fatebleeder.
If Fatebleeder has two +1/+1 counters, it gains +2/+0 and flying [or shadow I guess].
When a counter is put on Fatebleeder if it has six or more +1/+1 counters on it, sacrifice it.

At worst its a 0/2 pinger that costs 2 mana per ping.   At best hes a 4/4 or 6/6 flyer.
