Shawn Williams here.

4 Force of Will
4 Mana Leak
4 Spellstutter Sprite
2 Cloud of Faeries
2 Vendillion Cliques
4 Ninja of the Deep Hours
4 Cursecatchers
1 Misdirection
1 Brainstorm
1 Time Walk
1 Ancestral Recall
3 Gorilla Shaman
3 Fire//Ice
3 Null Rod
1 Mox Sapphire
1 Mox Ruby
1 Black Lotus
3 Flooded Strand
2 Polluted Delta
4 Volcanic Island
3 Island
4 Wasteland
1 Stripmine
3 Mutavault

SB
4 REBs
3 Relic of Progenitus
3 Sower of Temptation
2 Greater Gargadon
3 Annul

Round 1:
Isaac - Mystic Remora
1) I get Shaman, Ninja, Clique rolling early and ignore the Remoras with my creatures. I let a Meditate resolve when I already had a Ninja down and just won quickly.
2) Similar as game one only I had a few REBs to make it even easier. Good matchup for me. Wasteland and Null Rod keep him from ever getting going.

Round 2:
Kurt - Tendrils
1) He resolves an early Tinker/Inkwell Leviathan. I almost race it and would have had he not Tendril's for 3 for insurance.
2) I Force the Tinker this time and a swarm gets there.
3) I have a bunch of REBs to ensure no Tinker this game and Gorilla swings for about 8 turns. Mutavault hits a few times too.

Round 3:
Soly - Bob Tendrils (I was 0/5 against Soly lifetime.)
1) He Duresses early but cannot grab my Spellstutter which counters a Bob a few turns later. Ninja was awesome. A Mana Leak for Timetwister was also handy.
2) I over sideboard bringing in REBs which under Xantids are near useless. I'm set up fairly well, beat him down to 14, but Timetwister resolves and Tendrils is there shortly after.
3) He plays Xantid and a few turns later Bob. I Fire one each and go on to win fairly easily. Finally beat Soly.

Round 4: My teamate Derek and I are the only 3-0s in the room, split, and grab a pizza. Come back to watch Kurt VS TK, and Jimmy VS Soly to round out the top 4.

Top 4:
Tommy Kolowith - Rg Stax
1) I make a mistake on the play but it doesn't hurt as TK Wastes my Mutavault and passes. I play a Clique turn 3 with a Mox Ruby and swing with it for a few turns. Tommy plays an Ensnaring Bridge and Bazaar, but continues to make only land drops. I swing with Clique till the Bridge doesn't let me and then 2 Cursecatchers swing for a while too. Finally he's down to 3, but has no cards in hand and I cannot attack. I think he either mana burns or taps a Barbarian Ring, goes to 2 and I Fire him to win.
-4 Mana Leak, +3 Annul, Greater Gargadon.
2) Untimed rounds and this game goes long. I beat down to 4, again slowed by Ensnaring Bridge. There was a few Goblin Welder, Smokestack, Crucible tricks - and I Fire a few Welders, but eventually I am locked out and concede at 19 when I have no permanents and he gets Barbarian Ring online.
3) -3 Null Rods for +3 Relics. He uses a Mana Crypt to get Ensnaring Bridge down early again this game. But I waste a Bazaar and a Taiga but he still gets his handsize down fast. Relic helped stop a lot of Crucible, Threshold-Barbarain Ring shenangins. I Fire a Welder that could have switched out my win condition -  his Mana Crypt! Mana Crypt does 18 points of damage for me and Fire does the rest. I am 2-0 lifetime against Tommy somehow.

Finals:
Soly again - Bob Tendrils
1) I'm way ahead (beat down to 10 with a Ninja and a Faerie with a near full grip) and even offer to go to game 2, but at 5 mana with a Mana Leak and a Spellstutter in hand I decide to drop 2 Gorillas and kill a Mox instead of keeping mana open for both the Sprite and the Mana Leak. He EOTs a Mystical, I assume for Yawgmoth's Will and I decide to Sprite it. On his turn I am now tapped out and he casts the Yawmoth's Will that was actually in his hand! I lose.
2) I keep a 2 Wasteland, Stripmine and no blue mana hand. Turn 2 I kill 2 lands. Later I Fire a Bob and him and I Fire the last 2 life also.
3) I Mulligan for the first time all day. Keep a bad hand, light on mana. He plays 8 Goblins off an Empty the Warrens and a Bob together destroy me.

I take Second. Fire//Ice was great all day and how I beat Tommy, but no bounce anywhere in the deck was an issue. All around good day though.

pretty awesome to see you win again with GWSx.

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)

Congrats, I like that deck list.

Also, I really enjoy the fact that in the players there are people with the last names

Turtenwald
Wochinski
Solymossy

because those names are fun to pronounce and make me smile. It is now 4:32.

This tournament was 14 people cut to top 4, im not exactly sure why you would be interested in the t8 decklists or even the top 4 lists for that matter.

IDK why you're looking for so much credibility:  You top 8ed a couple tournaments.  Nice Job!

Could be a couple of different reasons. One being he's scouting what's winning in Chicago in hopes of building a deck that can crush it. Two he wants to net deck. Or he just wanted to view some winning lists. I find myself looking at winning decks and thinking if I can improve them.
