I just finished my Cleric deck, and it has the Daru Spiritualist + Shuko + Starlit Sanctum combo in it.
I was able to fish out the cards, played them out and used the combo, but I felt cheap after the opponent conceded after I got 1000+ health.

It's just that it doesn't feel right, winning like that. Is the combo even legal? I want to know just so I know I didn't win by cheating the guy and the rules are definitely in-game.

IT is legal, there a ton of cheap combos out there, some people like winning with them and some don't. If you're playing for fun and you don't have any when playing this deck, I would advise against it thought.

Although, from what you said in your message, your combo wasn't complete. You need a second creature to Equip Shuko as you cannot target the same creature over and over again if you don't have a way of unequipping the Shuko.

Oh, forgot to mention that. I had a Leonin Elder along with the Daru Spiritualist when I did it. Thanks for pointing it out.

And thanks for the advice. I'm building a Bw life drain/life gain deck right now. Still need a couple cards though. Any advice on the cards that use your life to damage the opponent's?

Not true, you can repeatedly equip the Shuko to the same guy. You don't need to move it off first. Most likely you are confusing it with Lightning Greaves, which DID need to be moved around, but only because it made the guy untargetable, and equip targets (equip {0} means, "{0}: Attach ~this~ to target creature you control. Play this ability only when you could play a sorcery." It doesn't say ANOTHER target creature.).

I always forget about cool easy combos like that. Someone should make a combo list with all infinite damage/health / turns etc ever.

Yes,Tarmogoyf is probably better than Chameleon Colossus, but comparing it to Tarmogoyf is like comparing your girlfriend to Carmen Electra - one's versatile and reliable, the other's just big and cheap.(And you'd run both if you could get away with)

That one's especially popular because each piece has multiple redundancies (Shuko could be any of like five different en-Kor, Sanctum could be Worthy Cause, and Daru could be Angelic Protector or Task Force), and none of it requires any rares, making it $cheap.

There's way too many infinite combos to list them all. It gets a lot shorter when you add "using 3 cards or less" though.

Off the top of my head, you could use Unspeakable Symbol.

Additionally, you could play a card that switches power and toughness to kill with your Daru Spiritualist + Shuko combo,
like Transmutation, or depending on what colors you are playing, Doran, the Siege Tower or Inside Out.

Life is so awesome, I used to love playing that deck. Serra Avatar is a cool on-colour win condition and Phyrexian Processor comes to mind as well.

Test of Endurance...?

Hah, when I first played Life, Test of Endurance hadn't even been printed.

Rice Snack...

I assume you're only listing food-named combos and not just every combo ever, right?

If hatred is considered combo, then i loved that too! turn2 kills with aggro was awesome.

I liked 4-necro trix aswell.

Type1 academy with 4 crypts, 4 academies, 4 vaults etc went a little too much "solitarity" for my taste. It's like whacking off while someone is watching.
