Hello everyone, today I’m announcing the start of Tuesday night Vintage at X9 games in Hadley, MA. After the success of my first Vintage tournament, I’ve talked to several local players and we have decided to start playing/testing on Tuesday nights from about 6-9 pm. While we had a rather humble beginning last Tuesday with only four of us playing, I will try to start offering some small cool prizes for free (mostly playable foils), and cooler stuff like fetch-lands for a $3-4 entrance fee if that’s what people want. Mostly though, we will be playing for fun, trying to get more of the local kids into playing Vintage, and testing for future events.
If we end up getting enough people I am happy to start hosting $5-10 tournaments, however I leave this up to the players.
I am still trying to find a few more suitable prizes but I will soon be announcing my next tournament which should take place on June 7th which is a Sunday, should be another $10 entrance fee. If we get more than thirty people I will try to put up a Mox Pearl for first! I will finalize all of this in the next week or so but until then, come out to Tuesday Night Vintage and see you there!

This is awesome. Weekly Vintage Events are the best way to build community, and get good at the game. The players who attend Monday Night Vintage have been tearing it up! Once you guys get on your feet, maybe we can do some kind of inter-store competition, where we show up in your house, and vice versa. Good luck!

Sweet! Well I will try to give away some free stuff this Tuesday, seeing as we should have 5-10 players and feel free to play Alara Reborn cards as proxies (or the real thing if you have them). See you all there between 6 and 7!

I'll be there tomorow for sure, and I've got a pretty cool new deck. Sam should be comming as well. Next week I will be on the Cape but after that I will be around for the rest of the summer so keep comming out to playtest and have some fun!
