uba mask vs grindstone

i got grindstoned to 0 cards in lib then welded in uba mask.  do i lose because i cannot "draw" or does the replacement effect win?

You don't lose.  Uba Mask replaces the draw, so instead of drawing you attempt to Uba and end up doing nothing.  As long as the Mask is in play, you will not get decked.
