No.  It would make the combo matchup too similar to the Ichorid matchup: the difficult to answer fast kill wins game 1...sb hate maybe carries games 2 and 3.

Unrestrict Gush, make Grow-A-Tog a contender.
          Also makes tyrant oath a contender

Unrestrict ponder, because its not that great, and gives blue decks other than tezz more of a chance

Unrestrict channel  (I honestly don't think anyone will do anything with it, but it would be nice)

Unrestrict Thirst for knowledge (any spell that costs 3 to draw 3 and make you discard doesn NOT need to be restricted).  Also, this move would most likely force tezz decks to drop confidant and go back to thirst.  This would make its fish/grow-a-tog matchup better

4 Channel + 4 Lich's Mirror + Belcher (or whatever at that point) is probably too good to be unrestricted. I've never even seen a list but I'd imagine it's pretty broken
