Bored at work and felt like building up an old deck with a fairly new win condition. I'm trying to combine the old Rack tax draw engine with Painter's Grindstone as the wincon. It feels too slow for competitive Vintage play but, its kind of fun to mess around the old' kitchen table with.

Land
1 Strip Mine
7 Plains
5 Mountain
4 Plateau

Enchantments
1 Blood Moon
4 Land Tax
1 Story Circle
2 Oblivion Ring

Artifacts
4 Grindstone
1 Mox Diamond
4 Scroll Rack
1 Sol Ring
4 Painter's Servant

Spells
3 Argivian Find
1 Balance
2 Chalice of the Void
2 Disenchant
1 Enlightened Tutor
2 Gamble
3 Lightning Helix
2 Orim's Chant
2 Path to Exile
1 Planar Birth
2 Shattering Spree
1 Wheel of Fortune

Cards to cut? Cards to Add? I haven't even started to figure out a sideboard...

You can solitare it here: http://magic.tcgplayer.com/db/deck.asp?deck_id=360829

Consider Seal of Cleansing or Aura of Serenity in place of Disenchant - Can be found with Enlightened tutor, could consider Idyllic Tutor.

I am assuming you are on a budget since no moxen, but for serious play and helping with your speed you need the glitter.

If you continue in the enchantment theme could consider Form of the Dragon & Solitary Confinement although there are vintage problems with both.
