Oops, my bad: Twilight Shepherd!!!
This deck is supposed to serve as a multi-purpose deck: duel and multiplayer. I agree that as a duel deck it is slow, as nothing of consequence happens before turn 3. However with the players I am facing, this isn't really a problem, as no combo decks exist. So this basically means a turn 4 Wrath is a fine play.
While I do like the Tax/Rack combo, I feel that it just takes up too much space in the deck. If I want to draw them consistantly that is devoting 8 slots.
About the Shepherds I find them usefull for ramping a Smokestack pretty high and not affecting me too much. Between Crucible/Persist dudes and this guy, I can keep a Smokestack with quite a few counters for at least 3 turns without hurting me too much. Plus he beats decently.
Hoofprint seems fine for a duel but weak for multiplayer. I know I should probably just make two seperate decks one for each "format", but that's not going to happen.
Thanks for the help so far
