But during the last months it's the Tezz list with the best results.

Another thing about the tournament is the Almost Blue list that win. Even though I like more my decklist, I find that construction really interesting on fighting against Tezzeret and Remora decklists, What do you people think about it?

ALmostBLue born to keep control decks and control combo decks down in mood and striking results.
I'm glad, really really glad to see it winning ALmost untouched since more than an year since last appeareance ( only minor changes due on restrictions ).

Nice to see it had more success in Spain played by Jaime & friends rather than in Italy where we streamlined the deck after his first appeareance in France.
It can be considered the "most european" among the tiers played there: born in France, tuned, tested and played in Italy & Germany, Top8ed a lot in Italy and won a lot in Spain...

I think that your decklist is very impressive.   It's the Meandeck Gifts equivalent to Tezzeret.  It's the fastest and most powerful, and it's weaknesses are probably overstated.    What was your last list?  And will you continue to try and work on this archetype post-restriction?

My last list(s) were the same list(s), with which I won the Vintage All Stars (A tournament with 32 of the best spanish Vintage Players) just one week ago and Top2/Splitted the finals of the 9th Liga Mdrileña de Vintage event less than a month ago. The deck is a meatgrinder!

I will be working on it, as I don't want to throw away a deck that gave me so many good results just for losing part of the draw enigne (more or less what happened to most Drain decks).

First thoughts is that - 3 TfK + 1 Sensei + 1 Key + 1 Tezzeret/Scroll could be the way to go. Most people undervalue the power of the Top/Key engine, but it overdraws any Drain deck very easily, also an adittional Tezz and Key is interesting for the explosive potential of the deck versus the Stax/Fish matchup. But I'm thinking on testing many cards that may seem to be  stupid/bad/undervalued such as Compulsive Research, Meditate, Perilous Research/Chromatic Sphere, and even Overmaster... Some may seem crazy, but that's the way I found Thoughtcast as an incredibly undervalued draw engine for the Painters or Key/Vault, testing cards other didn't (or didn't want) think of.

Another idea is improving the quality of the library manipulation with the addition of another Top and finding space for 4 Confidants. This way, a construction of a DT list can be solved now that 4 Thirsts can' be played. Also it can be played in a Tezz shell.

Also, Did you test the decklist? Now that TfK is gone how do you see Thoughtcast as an alternative draw engine? I'm constructing a Bomberman and a Drain Tendrils list around it. We'll see.

Isn't Null Rod really good against this deck? Or are you not facing a lot of Null Rod? I feel like the addition of Seat of the Synod x4 plus the additional Key and Top (relative to the American version) would make this deck particularly vulnerable to Null Rod. Obviously you've had success; I'm just wondering how the deck handles this problem or if it is even a problem. I see Ingot Chewer and such in the sideboard, I just feel like you'll have trouble getting out from under Null Rod at all.

Sure, if Null Rod didn't exist this deck will be unstoppable. Yes, Null Rod hurts the Deck a lot, but it can won Rod decks anyway. The thing is that pre-restriction I can give you these data:

In the last Month I've played 25 rounds in 3 tournaments. So far the deck only lost against one non-Rod deck. A DT in a Semifinals, Due to drawing 29 cards thanks to cards like Thoughtcasts and Ancestral, but only finding one Land or blue mana source (the one in hand) in those cards. That means that even whit what people think about the deck, it' very powerful against any non-Rod deck. The deck has been paired against Fish 3 times, 1 losing (UW Fish), 1 winning (UR Fish) and 1 draing into Top8.

Since the dawn of the Inkwell Leviathan and the inclusion of 3 Pyroclasm in the side, the deck performors better against Fish, even though it's the only unfavorable matchup.

But I think that the power of the deck partly lives in it's sideboard. With a Maindeck that performs so well against Drain Decks, an a deck so fast and explosive that the sideboard is just an incredible amount of Hate that boards at least 5-6 cards against any non Drain deck archetype:

This is thanks to Ingot Chewer, thebest sideboard card that I have ever seen. It's incredible against Fish, where you can destroy the worst card for R. Against Workshop Decks and Painters is the best card, because of the clock and ard advantage. It removes any Bridge and destroys Pithings and Chalices in the Ichorid Matchup and so on...

It's a pity not to have played it before, as I don't really know how good it can be now but pre-June restrictions it was very powerful.

I played Tezzcast prerestriction in Germany, and it's really a hell good engine. We had a hell of a Fish Meta, but I added Master of Eterium, which is always able to kick Goyfs ass, and helps a lot. I got Top 5, yeah it was fun.

I tried the Sensei/Repeal Engine, after TFK, but at the moment, I'm around 4 Accumulated Knowledge and 1 Intuition.

Yesterday the finalists of the 9th event of the LMV met to play the finals (Not celebrated the tournament's day because of logistic reasons). It was Alvaro Gonzalez playing UR Fish versus me, playing Tezzcast. A hard matchup. For me.

I won the finals 2-1 with Tezzcast. A beautiful way to say goodbay to the 4 TfK decks. Sure, we have gone Back to the Future Past to legally play the decks...xD

We have been testing a new way to focus Tezzcast, the most obvios the one I have speak about(-3 TfK,+1 Key, +1 Sensei, + 1 Tezz) , and the results were good enough... Very similar to how the deck performed before. Anyway, I'll test more.

Awesome! Did the almost blue player ever give approval to release his sideboard? I'm curious to know what the green mana in his deck is for. I have a feeling that Oath was in the board.
