Pandemonium Books and Games
4 Pleasant Street
Cambridge, MA 02139
617-547-3721

*WHEN and HOW MUCH?*
Every Wednesday at 7:00p.m.  Players usually start showing up for games around 6:30 and we can adjust the start time each week as popular demand dictates!

As this is organized to support testing for New England Vintage Tournaments, we're providing and organized time and place to play.  There is no entry fee collected or store credit prizes, however we will still coordinate a tournament bracket as players wish.  If an event like this grows to the right size after enough time has passed, these events can be counted towards TMD's ranking system as well.

*PARKING*
Parking is available around the store, metered spots are $.25 per half hour, Meters close at six.  There are pay lots that have a day rate as well.  If all else fails, there is a parking garage on Green Street a few blocks away, a bit more expensive but they will have a space for you.

*PROXIES, DECKLISTS AND RULES*
This is an unlimited Proxy vintage event.  There are no deck lists collected.

This is a very casual event, and players have been showing up occasionally however a tournament hasn't fired since early May.  I'm restructuring the event and re-advertising to get more players interested to grow beyond the steady 4 players that show up continuously.  If you're interested in joining up, fire off a post and let the community know!

This sounds great. I haven't played magic in a long time, but I've still got all of my old cards. Time to break out the dual lands once more! I'll be there tonight if I can.

Edit: I got there around 7:00 and no vintage players where there. Instead, a standard tournament was going on. Did I mess up or has this been canceled?

I know this won't happen in a tournament, but if my opponent has Chaos Orb in his hand while I'm controlling his turn from a Mindslaver, who flips the card if I force him to play it and activate it?

Not sure what happened last week, I couldn't make it but usually there is still a good crew there.  That is in addition to the standard tournament that goes on every wednesday.  You might have to poke around for the type 1 players.

I'll be there tonight as will a few others I know.

We've been seeing 4-6 vintage players hanging out on Wednesays, with 6 people showing up last night.

You should definitely try to make it down, as weekly events are good practice!

A quick poll shows that most of the key people aren't going to be there (present company included).

I think it's been slower now that GenCon is over and some of us (ahem) are more interested in playing Dominion.  I don't want to speak for everyone though.
