Format: Vintage Constructed, 10 proxies allowed, 4 Rounds of Swiss
Entry: $20 per person

Prizes:
1st: 1x Bazaar of Baghdad or $120 cash
2nd: 4x Force of Will or $70 cash
Dead last place for those that have participated without dropping: 1 Random Revised Dual Land!!!  Who said losers never win???


Minimum number of entries required for the tournament: 12 people.


This place is directly in front of Virginia Tech on the Virginia Tech Mall Road entrance, on North Main Street. The store has a large green awning with Fun-N-Games written on it and there is a burger and pizza restaurant right next door, as well as bars plus other restaurants of all types within a couple blocks of the store, if you want to get a burger or beer to celebrate your victory!


Registration begins at 12 PM. Round 1 will begin around 1:30 PM.


A dealer will be available on-site to buy, trade, and sell Magic: The Gathering singles and collections.  We encourage trading between players, but prohibit anyone from buying or selling in the store to anybody other than an authorized dealer for the store.

Booster Drafts and Elder Dragon Highlander for trade credit prize pools will occur afterward if enough people are interested.

Please note that this is on a Saturday and will be just a few weeks after school starts back up at Virginia Tech, which will be a great chance to get to know the Blacksburg game scene if you go to Virginia Tech or live nearby!

up for the day - its only a few weeks until tournament time!

up for the week --- we got many people already calling in about the tourney that are looking forward to it.

furthermore, Klep, a moderator here asked about proxies and how to do them::

--You simply need to write the proxy on a basic land or any other unwanted card including what the card's name, cost, type, and oracle text are for the card.  Again, 10 proxies are allowed and they can be anything you want.

Furthermore, for anyone interested in buying cards before the tournament, I will be available as the dealer with many new cards coming in each week, to sell, buy, and trade for any singles, collections, or wholesale cards.

In addition to the dealer rare binders, we will have a $1.00 & $2.00 rares + goodies box set up along with 10 rares for $5 packs and wholesale lots of 500 cards of individualized by color for anyone that wants a discount.



Finally, depending on turnout, we will likely be having a Legacy tournament in October for a Mox Pearl, Mana Drain, and Dual land.
