Chalice of The Void countering

If I cast a card that is countered by my opponent's Chalice of the Void would this trigger a card that says "If a spell was countered by an opponent.."?

There's no card with that wording.  If you're curious about how something interacts with a specific card, give us the name (or preferably text) of the specific card.

The only card of which I can think would be Multani's Decree. If Multani's Decree was in play and a spell got countered by CotV, you would draw a card.
