A bit smaller then you guys are used to from me but as I stated in the article (and some may have noticed by my activity on TMD as well) I've been very busy. Still I hope you enjoy this small piece and the opinion I offer.

So why didn't I release an article the second Zendikar previews started? Well to be honest, I was fairly busy at that time preparing for one of the biggest Vintage events of the year (EurOvino in Milan with 290 players). Most of my focus was turned to building, testing, and tweaking, so I missed out on actually writing or following any of the previews to really form an opinion.

Now, I'm not going to talk about spoiled cards, the impact they'll have on Vintage and which cards you should run or pick up. Others have done that in depth and I don't think I could add much to this discussion. I am going to give my short view on another subject that has been put aside with all these enemy colored fetches and mystic traps Zendikar has to offer.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Marius. You don't need to apologize for the article's brevity -- it's still much longer than the nothing that most of us have written for articles this month.

Thank you, I felt like I had to chime in a bit on the entire Zendikar discussion and I wanted to write a small piece about it without just letting it be a post on TMD. Like I said, most of you may have noticed it a bit (a decline in my posting / answering PM's) that's only because I've been very busy with some projects like the Dutch Vintage Champs which I hope will be a huge success. I feel like I have a responsibility to the community that has "chosen" me in a way to be it's spokes person (the Vintage Adept status, etc) hence the apology.
