Spell Pierce is close to getting a ** .  Iona, Bloodghast, Ravenous Trap, and Mindbreak Trap have all made the transition into Vintage, without question.
Also, Karakas is now part of Vintage, thanks to Iona.   And True Believer is now a part of it because Oath now targets, recent errata.
RE the spreadsheet request, now that my Legacy checklist has been published, I've updated the Vintage list and put it in a spreadsheet.  I believe that SCG will make it available as a download to premium members.  I'll keep you updated.
I've also changed some designations, particularly based upon my experience doing the Legacy checklist.   I'm only giving cards a ** designation if the decklist using it one of the more popular archetypes OR the card is cross cutting, and used by several archetypes.  So, for example, while Dark Ritual and Tendrils will keep it's ** designation, Ad Nauseam will be downgraded to *.  And while Bazaar will keep **, Ichorid will only be a *.
I am curious about one thing, however. It's not anything I have a problem with, just more idle curiosity. Was the idea for creating a list based on another list you had seen posted elsewhere, or just something that you felt you wanted to do? I only ask simply because I had created a rather large list some time ago and in July had posted one on vintage-sideboard.com as a starting point - a list for players who aren't accustomed to the format to look over and be familiar with as, shall we say, standards in the format by which other cards will be judged. (Granted, by now, it will need some updating, and I would recommend players look over your list instead; it's more thorough and by someone who has a better grip on the format than I do.) Again, I don't actually care, just curious.
It was a combination of things.    I was teaching at Wayne earlier this fall, and Pat Chapin and I were hanging out.   There was a checklist in the back of one of his duelists, and that was part of the idea.   Another was a comment Patrick made that he would think that I'm the kind of person who would want a command over the entire Magic card pool, and he was right.    For years I had to deal with a large gap in my card pool knowledge: Post-Alliances and Pre-Invasion.    As the years of passed, that four year gap has filled itself in.     And Wizards Gatherer function has an excellent Visual Spoiler function, so I can quickly scan through every Magic card ever printed.  The final straw was my curiousity about the relative proportion of various Magic sets in the Vintage card pool.  All of these things converged to not just inspire me but give me the motivation to go through and do it.   I started with Alpha through Legends, and it was so easy that I realized I could do the rest of the Magic sets, the only limit being time.
