I think you're overpaying, honestly. the Anthems are the only rares and they're like $2.50, Bolt are like $1 and I guess Ram-Gangs are like $2.50. Everything else is just random junk.

^these are underpowered. Even without plains, I'd rather have Wild Nacatl than these. STE is a great card but it is not aggressive enough for this deck.

Shock is worse than...well like a million other burn spells. Incinerate, Chain Lightning, Rift Bolt, Burst Lightning, the list goes on and on.

Anthem doesn't do enough. If all goes according to plan, it'll add about 3 power to the board, for three mana. That's "Trained Armodon" weak. There are any number of 3-power 2cc guys. Try Scab-Clan Mauler and work from there.

the best thing to do with new deck ideas is play them on magic workstation. you get to see how they work for free and then you can make changes. www.magicworkstation.com then once your happy with the deck, you can buy the cards you need.

Yeah, non-basic lands, specifically ones that produce both Red and Green mana.  Duals and Fetches are obviously quite expensive but you can get Karplusan Forest, Fire-Lit Thicket, and City of Brass for $5 each or so.  Mossfire Valleys are only $1.  Lands that come into play tapped like Shivan Oasis should probably avoided in a deck like yours due to the loss of tempo.
