Either he has connections to the European Vintage Underground, or it was probably posted on one of the Spanish forums elsewhere on the Internet. ; )

According to this link the tournament may have been on 10/31/2009. Perhaps Jordi or Guillem or Wette can confirm.

Necro solved that point. Sorry for forgetting to post the date!

The Dragon/painter list is nothing new for us. It has been designed by a french player called ZMX, from solomoxen.com, in june and won several small and big tournaments here in France.
It's a Cerebral Assassin evolution, called DTC (Dragon painTer Cerebral) also meaning "Dans Ton Cul" (In your ass in french). It's designed to crush drain decks, so it is a good choice in Us and also in Spain i think.

some possibles inclusions that have been discuted on the french forum : Stinkweed imp, when remora with Leviathan was played, now the Robot dealer selected is Dupplicant. Darkblast and Urborg have been added. And of course, reanimating Iona from Zendikar is now the nuts in the deck.  It's an auto include in the deck.
