A 2 mana 5/5 is a bit waaay too good, even if it becomes smaller as time passes.

I would compare this to Keldon Marauders.

Keldon Marauders would do 5 lifetime.  This does 4+3+2+1=10.  Unless it triggers each upkeep instead of each of your upkeeps, then it only hits for 4 total.  That version is a bit ugly though, I'd rather just shrink it initially.

This is out of flavor/color for White anyway.  You do have that right.

He gets more and more drunk until he falls over, hence the -1/-1 counters.

That doesn't explain his super-high starting strength, though. It might be better to make him normal-sized and just use ale counters instead of -1/-1.
