I'd never use more than one of this card in anything. It would be part of the singleton anti-dredge plan (1x this, 1x Rav. Trap, 1x Extirpate, 1x Tormod's or something)

I could see Maindecking 3-4 of these in a Mono-Black Sui deck along the lines of the "Dark Times" deck that won a Blue Bell. Here's what I'd abuse it in based on that decklist: Dark Times Land (21): 9 Swamp 2 Dark Depths 2 Urborg, Tomb Of Yawgmoth 4 Wasteland 1 Strip Mine 3 Bojuka Marsh Artifacts (6): 1 Black Lotus 1 Lotus Petal 1 Mox Jet 1 Null Rod 1 Pithing Needle 1 Helm Of Obedience Enchantments (4): 4 Leyline Of The Void Creatures (8): 4 Dark Confidant 4 Vampire Hexmage Sorceries (12): 4 Duress 4 Thoughtseize 1 Sadistic Sacrament 1 Imperial Seal 1 Demonic Tutor 1 Yawgmoth’s Will Instants (9): 4 Dark Ritual 1 Vampiric Tutor 1 Demonic Consultation 1 Darkblast 2 Diabolic Edict Sideboard 3 Null Rod 2 Emissary Of Despair 1 Yixlid Jailer 1 Bojuka Marsh 2 Sadistic Sacrament 1 Engineered Plague 1 Infest 1 Chains Of Mephistopheles 1 Phyrexian Negator 2 Diabolic Edict

Maindecking SEVEN anti graveyard hate cards seem to be an overkill.

Tormod's and Extirpate are not good Anti Dredge cards. If you draw into one of them, your chances of winning are less than if you draw into the best anti dredge cards out there: Leyline/Planar Void Ravenous Trap Yixlid Jailer Crazy Land.

While a yard-hate card that is not effected by sphere or chalice looks fairly attractive against stax, this land doesn't make mana until after the stax platlyer has had a chance to waste it with a waste from hand. And seeing multiples would slow your mana production down significantly.
If stax wastes this don't you just win? You wipe out their yard and you get to keep all your good lands. Seems good.

Running a lot of different answers for Dredge is the way to go, in my opinion. Either I go with 4x Leyline and 1-2 other cards, or play 1 of a bunch of stuff (not Leyline, not Planar Void since I need my yard, not Jailer since I play Oath). Extirpate especially is good against Dredge and also other stuff. If I'm running 4-5 of these types of cards, I definitely feel confident. It's not realistic to board into more than 1, MAYBE 2 of this land.

If stax wastes this don't you just win? You wipe out their yard and you get to keep all your good lands. Seems good. Not in the early game. Yeah you would get whatever is in their yard, but it would be at the expense of having an additional mana on that turn. What I was attempting to point out is that if they have a wasteland in their hand, you probably just Time Walked them by losing a turn of playing something relevant. I was thinking of it as: You play Salt Marsh and can't play anything due to other lock pieces. They waste it. You did nothing on your turn, and lost a land. Since you are playing Bojuka Marsh, you killed their yard....but at the cost of a turn...but tap lands are bad against Stax.

Stormanimagus i built that deck to and as good as it is i don't understand why you only play 2 urborg, tomb of yawgmoth and 2 dark depths. i know Max Brown did the same thing. i think it should be 3 and 4 respectfully. i just felt the deck was too slow if you don't have more dark depths, then you need another tomb if you are gonna play more of them.
i think im gonna add 2 of these bokuka marsh to the deck if it is a real card.
