It definitely was a nice tournament, only bad thing I can remember is the printer failing.. other than that is all went smoothly.
Shop aggro really dominated the meta and top8 although I was expecting more oath.

I got a dci foil flooded strand and a german black-bordered demonic tutor for making top 4 which is pretty good imo.
I had a pretty decent starting hand of 2x wasteland, 2x mox, lotus, chalice and duplicant.. but Goswin dropped a turn 2 crucible which ruined everything

@ Arjan: I overheard you talking to someone about facing Shop five times, made me laugh

Arjan, thanks for posting the results.

It was another well-organised and fun tournament, congratulations on that.

There sure were a lot of Golems, especially on the top tables. Actually I'm surprised to see there were only 14 Shop decks in the room, it felt like more than half the field was playing it.

At least my metagamed deck and all my testing against Guus was worthwile I still have my 'Always-make-the-elimination-rounds-with-GWSx' status!

TEARIN' IT UP!  I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for this deck!  I'm glad you're still enjoying it.  I think I might dust off my Dark Rituals after this upcoming Legacy event on Saturday.

Very nice event , as always. I went 4-2 with Oath losing to Goswin's workshops and Merrin's Fishies.
I think I'm going to change Iona into Terastodon or Tyrant. At least change it to a creature that does something against all those artifacts

Im curious as to why each of the Shop lists ran 2 Juggernauts apiece.  Seems like collusion to me or was it a random coincidence?  Juggs do come in two's so I understand the logic...

Anyways, it's nice to see Shops decks doing what they do.
