Hi there!

After playing with my Jenara, Asura of War (formerly Crovax, Ascendant Hero) +1/+1-token-based EDH deck I am going to make a second deck for this fun format. I've been tinkering with the idea of some sort of mill deck with Oona, Queen of the Fae as my general. Because we all know milling alone won't get you there, especially in multiplayer I thought about taking advantage of all those cards put into graveyards.

For bringing back the creatures from the grave I've come up with:
Reanimate
Necromancy
Animate Dead
Dance of the Dead
Dimir Doppelganger
Diabolic Servitude
Makeshift Mannequin
Memory Plunder

Also I'm looking for ways to put permanents on top of player's libraries, so I can follow up with a mill effect to get rid of them. For now I've got:

Vedalken Dismisser
Submerge
Time Ebb

And then there's of course the flashback/unearth cards that do not mind being put into the graveyard. For these I'm currently running:

Corpse Connoisseur
Grixis Slavedriver
Think Twice
Deep Analysis

I'm looking for more cards that would work well in such a deck, so if you have any suggestions, shout them out loud!

Since Oona exiles the 'milled' cards, you might consider the new UB Legend: Wrexial the Risen Deep as an alternative general.  Wrexial definitely at least belongs in the deck, since you should have your choice of powerful spells to steal.

Spin Into Myth is another way to tuck problem permanents, and can work even without an active mill ability.

Nemesis of Reason seems like an auto-include, and I have found Sphinx of Lost Truths to be insane in my UB deck.

Vintage is a lovely format, it's too bad so few people can play because the supply of power is so small.

Chess really changed when they decided to stop making Queens and Bishops.  I'm just glad I got my copies before the prices went crazy.

You'll want to play things like Thoughtseize or something that will make your opponent discard a creature if you're playing reanimate spells, right?

RE: bounce to top-of-library, some cards I've always been partial to include

Æthertow
Repel
Ether Well
Forced Retreat
Hunting Drake (This card evokes fond memories of Invasion Block Limited)

The best card in this vein of bounce that I'm aware of is Temporal Spring.  Of course, that would necessitate a different general...

Also, if you include Spin/Hinder/Vendilion Clique/Jace, the Mind Scultor, you might as well give Tunnel Vision a shot.

RE: flashback, Chainer's Edict seems like a card you just can't go wrong with. Flash of Insight is a pet card from way back when. Think Twice seems okay. I mean, if you draw it it cycles and when you mill it it just gives you a way to sink extraneous mana on your opponents' end steps when not a lot is going on.

Are you looking for something competitive or something more fun?  If the latter, Exhume is pretty decent.

Living Death is by far the best way to abuse the mill yourself strategy. Acting as a sweeper and blowout recursion engine is brutal, especially if you have assembled a creature based combo in your yard.
