So I played magic when I was a kid and recently got back into it. I've been having fun playing vintage at my local store's weekly tournaments and tinkering with the vintage decks I've built since getting back into it. So the store I play at recently announced that they would be holding a legacy tournament where the top prize would be a mox. I do not know legacy at all, but I still would like to do my best to try and win this mox. My biggest hurdle at the moment is the fact that I do not know the metagame at all and as it stands I've got a pretty generic deck/board. My question to all of you is what resources would you use if you were in my position and how would you prepare for this tournament?  I have the following deck as my chosen deck for the tournament:

Entomb-Hulk

Maindeck:

Creatures
1 Body Double
1 Body Snatcher
1 Carrion Feeder
1 Mogg Fanatic
1 Protean Hulk
1 Reveillark

Enchantments
4 Necromancy

Instants
4 Brainstorm
3 Dark Ritual
1 Echoing Truth
4 Entomb
4 Force Of Will
3 Mystical Tutor
1 Wipe Away

Sorceries
2 Cabal Therapy
1 Deep Analysis
2 Duress
1 Footsteps Of The Goryo
3 Ponder
4 Thoughtseize
1 ideas unbound

Basic Lands
2 Island
2 Swamp

Lands
3 Misty Rainforest
2 Polluted Delta
1 Scalding Tarn
2 Tropical Island
1 Tundra
2 Underground Sea
1 Volcanic Island
1 Wasteland

Sideboard:
3 Helm Of Obedience
4 Leyline Of The Void
1 Ancient Grudge
1 Krosan Grip
1 Ravenous Trap
1 slaughter pact
1 Ray Of Revelation
1 Red Elemental Blast
1 Life From The Loam
1 Wasteland

I actually played my first legacy event recently. I read some stuff at the source and the mtgs boards and took steve's merfolk list to a nice finish of x-0-0 at a dual event.  stuff found here: http://www.themanadrain.com/index.php?topic=19354.0

I tried to sb spells like t-crypt,snare, relic, and echoing truth in my sb to keep things flexible... also, 4x blue blast.

I am 80:20 against LordHomerCat, the word's 2nd best and on other days the world's best vintage player. Wink
