On topic:
Consume the Meek will not see serious competitive play in Vintage.  It is weakly worse (in different ways) than Damnation, Infest, and Massacre, as well as probably Smother, Doom Blade and Deathmark.

If you are burning a Ritual to cast this card then you likely should have just won the game instead, as you can't go Ritual -> CtM if either Teeg or Ethersworn are on the battlefield.  Meddling Mage and Aven Mindcensor die equally well to the alternatives listed above.  'Goyf should not win the race against TPS, and boarding in this to fight 'Goyf will likely hurt more than it helps.

Consume the meek could possibly be a SB card if I was running a deck with cunning wish......otherwise, I couldn't think of what I would want to swamp for it that isn't better MD.
