this will be the first magic I've played in about 6 months, I can't wait to see the looks on peoples faces when they lose to a war mammoth again.

Monkey Cage had to be my favorite, maybe March of the Machines.

Somebody has your notebook from the March of the Machines match.  Greatest thing I've ever seen.  You're going through life totals, mentioning a few cards here and there and then you see:

MARCH OF THE MACHINES WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

I believe that we need to celebrate a certain someone's birthday when we're in Blue Bell.

Where's your Alvin and the Chipmunks hoodie?  Do you have enough Axe?

Damnit Aaron, we have to do this right...

Can we actually get NYSE chipmunk hoodies? That would be pretty great.

Can Machines march over Cats?

Yeah, I didn't think so.

Mykie, just because the DCI is run by a million monkeys on a million typewriters...

Anyway, if I win this, it'll be a shock, I haven't touched a real Vintage deck in a month outside of Steve beating me like 40 times in a row when I was testing Dredge post-SB vs some kind of deck with Tendrils in it.

Let's just play Legacy instead so we can play 4x Mystical one last time...

See everyone tomorrow.

PS- COME OUT AND SUPPORT NICK AND AU AND VINTAGE!  COME JULY 1ST IT WILL BE AN ENTIRELY NEW FORMAT!!!!!

PPS- no, no it won't.  god dammit.

Unfortunately, I'm gonna have to miss this one which means there's a top 8 slot open for an Oath player. Good luck to everyone who goes.

Today, you and Nick are all about rocking the Phillies gear! I shall be bringing two extra shirts for you guys!

Too bad the Phils didn't win the series that really mattered last October, but I'll take what I can get.

Congratulations to Jake G.....

Oh, I see that I am a few hours early.  Never mind for now.

Sorry I couldn't be there to witness the slaughter given by those blood thirsty Long Islanders.

Any way, good luck to all who dared to compete today!

Jake did indeed make top 8, but was knocked out in the first elimination round.

The top 8 featured three different kinds of Workshops - Espresso Stax, Mono Red and 4C Staff Combo, along with Dredge, Tezz, Oath, Noble Fish and one deck I don't recall.  Oath beat Tezz in the finals if I'm not mistaken, as Keith Seals beat Dave Reitnauer.  Go NEPA!

There were 43 players on the day, which isn't a bad turnout at all.

Nick Coss ran another great show, though there's no surprise there.  Thanks to Nick, the AU guys, and all the awesome guys from the Island who came to sling cards.  I didn't play, and I had a great time anyways...
