Dave and Jake Gans are going. Jimmy, Austin, the Forino's and I are not. Some of the other locals that primarily play Standard (but whom you may have seen at an N.Y.S.E. Vintage event or two) are going - Alec Nezin and Peter Ingram come to mind.
If you're coming up to the Island next weekend, I'll get some games in with you so long as you promise not to call the A.S.P.C.A. on me.

Vintage is a lovely format, it's too bad so few people can play because the supply of power is so small.
Chess really changed when they decided to stop making Queens and Bishops. I'm just glad I got my copies before the prices went crazy.
