Tournament mode:
Swiss rounds depending on player number plus Top 8.
No Proxies allowed (DCI sanctioned).
Please bring a clean (readable) decklist.

Prizes:
First prize is a foil Polluted Delta (non DCI).
There will also be a prize for the best unpowered deck. Please note the rules for unpowered decks.
Also, the winner will receive an original Demonic Hordes Hessen winner card. Cool

Rules for est unpowered:
A deck is considered "unpowered" and eligible to receive the prize for best unpowered if it does not contain any of the following cards:
Mox Sapphire, Mox Jet, Mox Ruby, Mox Emerald, Mox Pearl, Black Lotus, Ancestral Recall, Time Walk, Timetwister, Library of Alexandria, Bazaar of Baghdad, Mishra's Workshop, Mana Drain

DCI rating:
The tournament is DCI rated 16k.
