What deck is similar to bomberman?

I really like the deck Bomberman, but I can't afford power. So I was wondering if there were any decks similar to bomberman that don't have any power or what ever. Thanks for the help.

Most tournaments in America are 10-15 proxy tournaments.  So just build the deck and proxy power and any other cards you may need.

Elves is a combo deck that can also win with an aggressive creature swarm. Is that what you mean by "like Bomberman"?

Auriok Salvagers can combo with Lion's Eye Diamond (restricted in Vintage), Force of Will and Mana Drain can be switched to Counterspell and Spell Pierce.  Budget Bomberman is totally possible.
