We had a 31 person turnout for our mox jet!  A giant thank you to everyone that showed up, especially with a nearby PTQ!  

FYI, there will be another tournament on June 11th with a guaranteed mox ruby up for grabs.  When the rest of the prize layout gets finalized I'll put up a thread in the announcement forums, hope to see you all there.

This list has 0 Ancient Tombs but has 60 cards anyway.  I'd guess there was a mistake somewhere.

i tried him out in a similar build but after a week of testing decided not to keep him...

also, did u see any fish builds along the way?

Revoker was incredible.  I may cut back to two but I definitely want him in there. Being able to shut off Time Vaults/Tezzerets/Jaces in the main or occasionally attack a Mox for the Stone Rain was very good.  Doesn't hit Bazaar like a Pithing Needle would but this guy has legs and that made a world of difference. He definitely got his aggro on.

I played against a Fish deck in Round 4 and won in two games. Our game two was an epic slap fight where I took 18 damage from a lone Meddling Mage and he took 16 damage from a Phyrexian Revoker.  Neither of us wanted to draw lands beyond our first couple and my Revoker was shutting off his Mox Sapphire. I drew land first and stuck a Metalworker which let me play the Steel Hellkite and Wurmcoil Engine in my hand.

Yeah, Nathan said that lone meddling mage did some work for him.
I was just amazed at the turnout and hope I make the right metagame call for the June 11th tourny.
Big props to Sci-Fi and Mike Mills for making these tournaments a possible and fun!
